    They had accidentally given me the wrong test. Passed it and got my permit!!!

    Same topic, different question:

    On the CDL A in CA; if you PASS the pretrip (in cab and exterior) but fail the airbrakes, do you need to do the pretrip again?

    What I did on the air brakes with the cut in test is this:

    I dropped the air pressure below 100 (from cut out point of 119) by pressing the brakes lightly 3x because the needle settled, but did not engage the compressor until about 98. I knew this tractor would not engage the compressor until the pressure dropped below 100.

    Does anyone know the answer to this.. I passed me CDL knowledge test and P endorsement in CT. I got my CDLP and it says p endorsement when i applied for p and f endorsements..does the p endorsement cover both p and f? Or should my permit say both endorsements on it. Thanks

    Fyi, 75 ft is 1 truck length. 1 truck length in an 18 is always bad.
