The vinegar for high blood pressure is interesting to me....I may try that. -
I just add a little water to the apple cider vinegar. Some people will add honey. It is quite strong taken straight. What medicine is your mother taking for her diabetes? I take metformin for mine with no side effects but the same medicine will affect 2 people differently. Perhaps she could talk to her doctor and change her medication.Cybergal Thanks this.

Noop. No instant healing here...but almost, considering how long I've had these, shall we say, inexplicable pains that just happen to be occurring in my joints all over the place. (Almost like there's a practical joke goin' on inside my body I'm just not finding funny!) It took a couple of weeks initially, but has helped quite a bit. I hope the link I included in my original e-mail worked, because it's all in there. In my case, exercising a bit in the gym and swimming a couple times a week has had to be modified - the actual exercises, I mean - to sort of work in tandem with the vinegar treatment, which I do three times a day: 1 teaspoon to, say, a normal glass of water ... plus honey if you need to jazz up the taste thing. I'll say right up front that I don't continue this as much as I should, because when the discomfort/pain goes away I jump back in to my normal exercise routine. I also take other stuff from time to time - more herb type supplements, etc. I'll also say right here that I tend to shy away - practically never use - motrin, and the like. I'm more of a fan of the long way around, though sometimes it seems a heck of a long way! But that's just me. Hats off to anyone who can keep the pain and discomfort at bay, doing whatever they wish.
P.S. I got a true story about a guy I know, who was literally on his back and wracked with arthritic pain, who turned me on to the vinegar thing. Anyway.... -
I'm curious to know what this vinegar will do to a person's teeth? I have all the originals and don't want to have to replace any of them. Know what I mean?
-
Never heard of any problems with it. It is a very old home remedy.

Well, I suppose if you take a mouthful, keep in there for, say, a week or so - in the normally excessive way almost all lab studies are conducted, I mean - you might be courting tooth decay, or decomposition of bone, etc. But common sense would tell you to rinse just after ingesting any medicament. There's no replacement for good dental hygiene. An online search will produce much about vinegar in toothpaste and for bad breath and such like ... and which one of you gets the bill? Now can I tell my story about the arthritically frozen man?

She is on some newfangled insulin shot that i don't know the name of. It doesn't seem to be working anyway.
you are correct about meds affecting ppl differently. I take metformin, but it does make me a little sick. -
Sorry to hear about yours and your mothers problems. I take 500 mg 1-3 times a day depending on what I'm eating. I take it with my meal. I find exercise is a good regulator of blood sugar.
Hope some of this helps. -
Both my wife and I have off and on back problems. We have found that "wet heat" helps a lot. It helps to relax the muscles, and then follow by a lower back rub. A couple of "Aleves" to begin with, then the wet heat and back rub, right before going to sleep. Usually, the back pain is just a memory by morning.
