Fan cluch ---2006 D12

    Have D12 engine recently replaced electric fan cluch but fen is still on.Checked Ecm everything seems OK fan is still on after spending 400$at volvo .?

    with 400 is kind of hard to replace this fan clutch specially at volvo did they maybe only replace hub for you and not fan. and second thing do u have any active faults in youre engine ecu

    Paid 650$ for new fan cluch and paid 400$ for diagnostic at volvo after that.Results ECM good harness good have code short voltage to fan cluch.

    ok than you have wiring problem between fan clutch and ecm and they did not properly diagnose at volvo its not the first time it happens

    I know they told me could be so many things like AC presure sensor or other sensors or just a short wire, they need a time , another 5-6 hours ×140$h.

    That's dealers for u no way it's AV psi sensor could be ac control module but not likely if u have this code is wiring problem or ecm problem I've had it befor and it ended up being wires

    They checked ECM they conected their ,same code came short woltage to fan cluch .

    Than its either fan which is new or wiring
