Mack Trucks To Lay Off 400 At Pennsylvania Plant Because Of Low Demand

That sucks. I like their trucks. I saw a thread or post somewhere of Western Express testing brand new Mack trucks to see about getting some into their fleet. Here is the picture I found:

 

I think Volvo merge with Mack years ago. Kind of reminds me of how the big banks merge with other banks to limit the competition, combine profit and cut cost, as in cutting out the workforce.

 

Perhaps they should produce a good looking truck.

 

Years ago, in the dump truck business,

Mack was the only way to go.

I never cared for their OTR trucks.
