Jb hunt, Werner. A guy just came to my company from Western Express. He said it was an epic nightmare! He could not believe how bad it really was once he was there about a month. I don't know personally, but I believe him. Back out while you can. Good luck

 

JB hunt want experience. Werner..I dunno. They team train and hear they are worse.

 

Just do your research. Look hard at these outfits. You have time. Spend a few days and ask lots of questions. Here and the recruiters. Most of them are full of doggie doo. Lol

 

Well I've been doing research for the past 4 months since getting the CDL. lol.
What I have learned is that everyone has something bad to say about ANY company.
I only hope WE pays accordingly for the type of work involved.

Problem with WE is they have no terminals up here. Swift have them all over the place. Not sure if that is important in making sure the truck gets fixed or good to know I can stop by the company at any time. I am mostly worried about DOT regulations and making sure I am doing the job correctly.

I would go to swift before western

 

I called a buddy that drives for Crete carriers. He said to give them a call. He's happy with them and they treat ya good.

 

I've already tried. They said the school I went to isn't accepted so I would need 4 months OTR experience. They did say though that I could do 6 months at WE and they would bring me on board.
