Trying to decide between Freightliner M2 112 (DD13 - 450hp with 10spd) vs International Transtar or Workstar (N13 - 450hp with 10spd). I need a tandem with high power and extended cabin for sleeper. Other trucks would be good too but with 26ft body not too many offer 36in bunk to stay under 40ft total length.

I wouldn't buy anything right now, I'd see where the market is headed. By your post you are or want to
do the expedited thing? That market is soft right now. Class 8's getting most of freight as more and more are consolidating stuff in to big full size loads. Plus to many are undercutting rates now in race to the bottom. -
Not for expediter, its for private company. Just trying to see whats better and what options to order before I order one.

Go with the M2 and be sure to spec it out with air suspension. Your kidneys will thank you in the end.
