Cm870 07 international9400. Did oil sample now I'm getting coolant into oil. You can not tell the oil looks perfect fine just dirty. My coolant tank is not under pressure when I open it hot no air coming out. Where should I start to look? I'm hoping it's not the head.truck has 664165 miles
    New injectors.
    New oil cooler.
No over heating. Even if I put the truck to 80mph with 78,000 gross temp goes to 194. Truck runs at 180

Sometime it can be the oil cooler where they are mixing in at.

How much coolant are you adding?
Do a bottle test and check the egr cooler.

Bottle test won't work I have no over flow tube. These trucks are set up if it's over flow it goes out rad cap. I add one gallon a month. But shouldn't the coolant be under pressure?
    Oil cooler is newer.

    Should be a little pressure.
You can take the boot off the back side of egr cooler and run your finger inside tube. If it's wet or gummy feeling, then you have a bad cooler.

If it's blocked then egr cooler isn't the problem.
Sound like its time to pressure test to find the leak.

You can buy test kit from napa,to check for combustion gas in coolant.
To pressure check you need to drop the oil pan to look for leaks.
With you saying you have no pressure at the cap. Might be a liner leaking.
