The question I always have is How do people get so big in first place?
I'm a few pounds over myself but I have always done mini diets to keep from crossing the line into being way overweight.

 

I decided to stop eating all fast food, no more drinking soda or coffee, and I get all my food from the grocery store. No frozen foods, all fresh fruits and vegetables and drink only water.
I have a coleman grill and cook whatever I feel like and yeah it is a little more expensive to eat right but in the end its worth it.
I started doing this back in July and have lost right around 40lbs and eating roughly 1000-1200 calories a day. Luckily I was never that overweight, I just wanted to start eating right and went from 225lbs to 185lbs.
Anyone who says its too hard to eat healthy is lying and are to lazy to put in the effort.

 

They get that big because they eat only truck stop food and fast food and wash it down with a 100oz super duper big gulp diet coke.

 

Eat less and exercise. Works every time.
