    I'm still paying off my driving school debt and I can't drive for another trucking company until it's paid off in full. What about forklifting? Money looks okay.Does that count or not?

    If that is really in your contract then:

    1) That company needs to be named so no one else goes there.
    2) Did you read and fully understand the contract first? So many times you will get a reply to "Lawyer up". But this deal seams really unfair!

    It cant be in a contract. No company owns your cdl and no school can hold a legaly obtained cdl in lue of payment. At least thats how i understand it.
