    Give me your list cause I don't have a list of companies that offer it? But I do know companies offer them due to a contract or not be able to keep workers in that spot. Doesn't make the company a bad company just cause it's offered IMO. I think SNI offers them and I don't think that's a bad company.

    The company I used to work for none driving related offered me a 8k sign on plus relocated me and that's one of the top automotive manufacturers.

    sni is a driver mill that has one of the highest turnovers in the industry.

    If the company was good to the drivers with home time and pay, wouldn't need to offer big bonus money. That they NEVER pay out as the drivers leave before the payout period
