You can pick up blank bill of ladings from many truck stops. Some trucking accounting software will also print out custom bill of ladings with your name already printed on the BOL.
-
I know you can but don't you need triplicates? One for you, one for shipper, and one for receiver?
Something like this with the carbon less copy like log books.

Depends on you.
If you are the one filling it all out and have printer in your truck.............then using a exel might be the way to go.Print in triplicate.
The one DY posted also has merits as you can fill it out on the computer and then print.
If you don't might a little writing.......then the one you found on Amazon is good value.
What will you have in the truck?
A ballpoint or laptop and printer?
Both have merits, for you to decide which you prefer. -
I prefer the carbonless in triplicate. I usually get them from JJKeller online when I order my log books and trip envelopes. They don't cost much.

available at office depot or staples. you can buy a whole box for the price of 3 paks (of 3 or 4 forms). think a box is $13 for 500 or 1000.

If you have Microsoft Word...
Send me your email in a message and I'll send you a .doc BOL -
I have a lap top in the truck as well as a printer/scanner/copier. Would hate to try to operate without them.
But I still prefer the carbonless bill of ladings in triplicate.
