I know but some companies are not as pass through as one might think.
They can base it off their fleet average or customer based off of load type...
    Heavy, over dimensional, area....
Heard as low as .13 and as high as .37 so was just wondering what yours was specifically . Thanks again

Good info on Bruenger itaff! I got approved for the Volvo and the bumper to bumper warranty was the seller for me. Do you know if any drivers have had problems with getting a truck repaired under the warranty? I was disapointed to hear that they only do percentage. I was a dispatcher for 2 years and I am very aware of cheap freight in certain areas. I also saw how some dispatchers struggled to get drivers to take cheap loads when it wasnt their fault( companies have to run credit checks on brokers because its a lot of shady ones that dont pay after the load is done), if the planners dont have the loads in the system the dispatcher cant do anything about it. As a result, I would rather go with a company that pays per mile (same pay -loaded and empty). Reason why, Id rather have consistency than a up and down rate and have to worry about free deadhead miles. Plus I wont have to turn down a load based on too much deadhead or just being way too cheap. As a result, Hollie recommended R&M Transportation, as they pay by the mile loaded and empty at $1.05 plus fuel surcharge. Ive seen how some dispatchers let drivers sit after they turn down a load, so I'd rather pull what they give me and keep rolling. Sometimes being " The picky driver" will have you as "The broke driver"

R&M run long and heavy, most loads I pulled were over 40, I also ran a lot of southern CA. But they are good folks to work for.

Big up's to Brandon at R&M transportation for being honest. I spoke to him and he gave me all the numbers and deductions I needed to make a educated decision on wheter to do their LP program. Unlike like my outside recruiter who is STILL trying to send spreadsheets with trumped up FSC and numerous deductions missing, thus significantly makes the LP program seem like the best thing since sliced bread. It's really sad that some recruiters feel the need to misrepresent companies. Some of us drivers do have a brain and will do research before jumping into something blindly.

They are a good company to go with, especially if you like running So. CA.

I talked to a driver in Yuma today. He lives in Las Vegas. He was very happy at R&M.

Yeah when I first started there, both of the original owners were still there, and we ran loose leaf logs, fun days then.

Oh yes, the first question out of my mouth is how much and how many miles.. For the most part this summer I arcaded about 1.70 all miles, but I had a good ideal of the lanes..

This winter it has been a little lower, about $1.60 ish a mile.. They will abuse you if you don't learn fast.. It will help to know someone who can help direct you with freight..

R&M seem nice, but I have hauled some of there equipment and it seems to always need tires or something..

$1.10 all miles might not be too bad, I know there are companies paying more on a lease for all miles.. I personally would have to be closer to $1.30 to 1.40 if I was going to do all miles..

Sounds like you have a good plan.. Sorry I have not been back sooner.. I'll post some updates later guys..
