Looking at buying an 2004 international paystar with cummins isx 475/1650 its got 759,000km and 20,529 hours on it no codes present seems to run good? Wondering howany hours they go before bearing roll or inframe and any info is appreciated.

Not really sure, but for reference that truck has the equivalent of 471k mi with 20k hours,my truck, all be it a road tractor, has 713k mi and 15k hours. So, the hours seem high, maybe lots of idle time. Maybe that's normal for vocational use. Pull the valve cover off and have a look at the top of the motor. Check for cam wear, sooty oil all over and so on.

Bearing rolls are a thing of the past...... Just save your money towards a inframe when the time comes .

On the newer engines they are a waste of time/money. Multiple people (engine rebuilders) have told me this. One works for cat and the other a kw dealer.
Run it till you have symptoms and then do it all.....
But do as you will$$$$
