I used to run into a lot of you guys at JIC and KTH. And Kalida.

I'll give em a call and check it out. Can't hurt anything. I'm doing well where I'm at but with no benefits.
I used to work for Honda in Greensburg, IN. That plant was amazing. Honda has efficiency down to a science. Definitely one of the most impressive assembly operations I've seen.
They were also extremely fond of mistakes. Seriously, during my training one day I accidentally scrapped a few motors easily costing the company a couple thousand bucks and the engineers were almost applauding me for giving them something to improve on. I thought I was gonna at least get a warning or something but nothing, just a color coded bolt tub to differentiate between parts lol -
My last route was from Upton, KY to Greensburg, IN to Dickson, TN them back home! All drop and hook, no delays! it was 500miles/day, paid $1292/wk. home everyday and off on weekends! And if I wanted I could grab a route on Saturday!
