Walmart here I come!

health insurance is a gamble, it is not that bad. The trade off is usually a higher paying job and job security without the possibility off freight drying up, etc.

 

It's bad they don't pay for nothing I'm disappointed in the whole thing. Walmart should be ashamed to offer us this over priced crap.

 

I have better and also had worse. I biggest problems with health plans started after Obama care. Its not just Walmart plans with higher deductible plans. My mother works in a doctor's office and told me that after Obama care she was shocked how high most deductible went.

 

If you can't or don't want to answer I understand but what are Wm drivers paying and what are you getting. Deductible, percentage, max out of pocket, ect

 

It's over 200$ every to weeks 75/25 deductible. The script is a the real bummer
they won't cover most meds they want you to use Walmart or mail order. I was so excited to come to Walmart but have been disappointed with

 

It also depends on what state your in Texas is better from what I have heard but I will stay on my wife's blue cross

 

I'm not trying to be a negative person but I believe that both sides of the coin need to be addressed as well. I think it's a lot of hype about how great it is.

 

I will take the 80-100+ salary, lots of people have these benefits. Could they be better? Yes, of course. If you have the golden road medical plan at your current job and feel confident for the future, then by all means stay there.

 

Walmart probably isn't getting any better drivers, but certainly is losing drivers because of wreckless driving incidents (the comedian who almost lost his life but did lose his friend in a collision with a Walmart driver will attest to that).
I hope they have become a little bit more responsible than they have been with the hiring of professionals, not just commercial drivers and, I hope you become an asset to their CSA scores as I am to my company.
