Yeah we have another thread that is quite extensive, some posts are negative (all Eagles fault of course) and some are positive. When I first came to Eagle in April of this year, I had to get a brand new Lonestar, it was all they had, and it was very expensive to lease, we paid for everything. I had to leave for family reasons, but have returned this month. This time around I chose a 2012 Cascadia with 442k miles on it, and lower payments. Now they don't charge us for a lot of things like before, the settlements are easier to read and understand, and yes I do turn down loads, but I also book my own too, using their approved brokers. Watch your advances, watch how you spend your money, know your numbers, then you will know what to take and what not to take. Once I get my DM trained my running focus is going to be the Midwest to Ohio, maybe PA, the south, and of course, TX. When I get my reefer, then I want to run Midwest to Southern CA. Eagle is not perfect, nor is any other company, just know what you are getting into.

No they're not perfect

 

I'm not usually I negative person, however this has been a nightmare from day one I don't know about everybody else but on the flatbed side they used mostly third party broker they only take 25% out of your fuel surcharge and you're tarp not to mention that they wasn't even paying Quality for my truck insurance I can go on for hours by far the biggest mistake I've made in my truck career they're losing different broker everyday not trying to discourage anybody going over there but I wish somebody would have told me good luck in whatever decision you all make returning the trailer and Alabama tomorrow and I'm done
