Nope you don't do that you pay up then you take them to court
-
Not even going to answer that
-
Why not?
You told us you paid two schools a total of $7,130.00
It is not necessary to spend any money at all on CDL training yet you payed over seven grand and to two different schools (!)
Naturally, we wonder what your thinking was.Hitman Thanks this. -
He didn’t say he paid 2 schools for his CDL.
He said he paid one school $4,000 for his CDL then paid Roehl another $3.130 for their “training”.
Unlike any other company I have heard of, Roehl is charging new CDL holders $3,000 + for training after they have a CDL unless they stay with them for more than 75,000 miles. Apparently they got tired of people leaving right after they got off a trainers truck for greener pastures.
Seems unreasonably high to me, especially if you leave just after 3 days and I would never sign a contract with any stipulation like that but it is what the poster agreed to in his contract so I agree with others, man up and pay up.
Next time read your contract carefully and conceder this a $3,150 life lesson. You can be held to the terms of any league contract you sign.Last edited: Dec 30, 2015
