I was thinkin the same thing about the bridge and because there's history behind it some of the folks are probably sad they lost the bridge.as old as it was,it would have been a matter of time it would have collapsed.it angers me because this driver makes the entire industry look bad.

I'm all for female drivers so please don't take offense but the few I've seen on the road, probably about half a dozen. 4 had their left foot up on the dash, 1 had small stuffed animals lining her entire cab including both Windows seriously obstructing her view and the last was asking me how to put the truck in reverse and could I bump the dock for her. I'm a nice guy so I told her how to put it in reverse but I don't drive anyone's truck except my company assigned Pete 379 and I wouldn't let man or woman behind my steering wheel for many reasons but mainly insurance and company policy.

In all fairness there are good and bad drivers of both sex. Yes I have met lady drivers who should never been allowed in the truck . And met male drivers who should never been allowed in the truck. Most lady drivers are as good me .

Guess that truck is a little bit heavier than a horse and buggy.

    #### happens but dang how do you not see the obvious signage there?

She also said that she had driven her car on that bridge, and that she didn't know how much her truck weighed.

It's a shame that a very old bridge was destroyed by this 'person'. But at least she didn't cause injury or death.

I agree there are many good and bad drivers of both gender! I just haven't crossed paths with any lately. I know a couple Dm's and hr people at a few different companies and I've heard stories of 10 yr drivers that can't back up. It's amazing who they'll hire.
