May Trucking Orientation

I am a brand new graduate of a trucking school and have been considering a few start up companies to get my feet wet for a year or so. I was looking at Gordon (No response), Schneider and May. I'm pretty sold on May but was speaking to the Schneider Interviewer today and he was telling me that they only do 5-6 days OTR and 10-12 days classroom, that seemed really low OTR - though they offer a telephone mentor, which doesn't seem to be very helpful, actually kind of ridiculous. When I compared May's 3-4 week OTR he pish/poshed that by saying May's OTR training is setup as a Team, were the trainer is sleeping while the student is driving and of course vice a versa - from what I've read on this forum that doesn't fly right - is that correct? Any help would be appreciated since I am tentative for this next Tuesday's Orientation?
