    Just looked that up. You may want to call them and ask. That's a pretty serious misdemeanor, I guess you're out of Kentucky. Call and ask or look on the website.

    Yes they do. I had two misdeamenors for smoking weed in 1992. Granted they were over 20 years old when I signed on but they still knew about them and I had to talk to the safety department. I told the safety person I got caught with a little smoke and she really seriously asked me if my house was raided. I chuckled and said uh no if I recall I was driving. I was 18 years old. I'm still trying to figure out what that question was all about.
