Only other thing you could do roadside, that I can think of is,take pliers or vise grip and squeeze the return line. See if that smooths it out. Doubt it will, but you never know.
-
Yeah I'll give it a shot. But if not any I idea what else it could be? Thinking something inside the injection pump? Possible the new transfer pump is a crapped out already
-
If you put a fuel pressure gauge on the hand primer that would tell you a lot. I like the old non-electric gauges. Probably need a snubber too. I found a needle valve that does the trick at Lowe's or Home Depot.
Do you buy fuel at the same place or all over? You never know when you might get an oyster out of the fuel pump and some of 'em will clog up the FWS right at the top, won't even fit down inside! -
I know I need one but I don't have one. I loosened the secondary filter and fuel squirted out under pretty good pressure with the engine off. I buy fuel all over. I just don't get how she just dies the. Barely runs now man. Sounds like its on 3 cylinders. And can't keep idle without me touching the pedal
-
While it is running try and crack the feed line into the injection pump, it sounds as though it has no fuel pressure whatsoever.

Okay so its running again. Had to get it started to release the brakes so i could get pulled outta the mud and after running rough for about 15 secs it ran normal its like I lost prime will I was driving. I must of had water or contaminates in my filters that restricted fuel??
