    When you get there choose the turkey sandwich as opposed to the ham. Lil less sodium ( help keep the BP down.), also after getting paperwork filled out try to chillax (the dirty dog can be stressful,).

    In Indianapolis Indiana right now leaving as I am typing. Should be in Springfield about 5:05 a.m. when I get my room and shower is first paperwork then sleeping. Going to take it easy on Sunday. Skype my kids and that's about it. Wanted to come in early on Sunday so it's a catch up on sleep and not be one of them late night guys.
