Im happy so far. Im switching to a different account because it final delivers 1 mile from where I park. But, so far Im content here. Yes backhauls are not big money, but it averages out to $1.60-1.70/mi on the Fl dedicated. I do not have nearly the deductions here that I had at Mercer. My fixed costs are $300/wk including escrow.

Jennifer is definitely not a liar. Kevin called me 20 times a day through the recruiting process and I did the best I could to tell him how things work here. What I learned from my experience with Kevin is that not every owner operator out there is schooled on the in's and out's of the freight business. I assumed that if you were thinking of running under percentage, that you knew what areas were low paying areas and what areas are better. We offer loads and we expect the owner operator to know if it's good for his business or not. Kevin did not know. He took a load to NJ once and complained that we could not get him a good paying load back out. Any vetted owner operator that has run under percentage knows that the East Coast has good rates going in... and not so good rates coming back out. I have no issue with showing drivers loads and what they pay, directly out of our system or even showing settlements of guys that seem to be doing fine with us. Unfortunately, there are drivers that just don't get it and this driver was one of them. If we were really as bad as this driver keeps trying to make us out to be or if I was really that big of a liar, we wouldn't be retaining the other drivers that have come on with us.Pound Puppy Thanks this. -
