33% plus expenses ...for the law firm

You'll be lucky to get lunch money ...better come up with a plan . Either learn to keep the truck running or get rid of it ASAP .

Waiting for the lawyers is not a business plan.....and I've been in the same boat. I learned how to keep the pos running.

    Wish I never got it....

Mx engines in trucks = problem truck. Now I see why trucks with mx engines are cheap.

    Example 2012 Pete 389 442k mx $72,950

How come you guys are using the PACCAR engine anyway. It is basically a European DAF engine (part of PACCAR) which is built for European cabovers. Is it cheaper than a Cummins? Cummins are proven American designed engines despite some of their faults.

Can you prove that anybody lied? Can you prove that you aren't lying to us? It's a vicious circle out there, my friend. Btw I'm not accusing you of anything, merely pointing something out.

Yes and no.It was allways designed to be put in a hood and for now Europe doesn't have hoods.
If you look at the engine you can see that Paccar, not DAF,had final say in the design.

Most new Cat gear (and other mfg's as well) will end up with DEF fluid in the future.
