I never did get that BOL so I had to write my own.
And I just found out that Family Dollar is closed weekends, so I can't deliver it until Monday.

I sent in a mac 22 to inform Swift and am settling in here at the TA for a 34.

 

Get a new TV for Christmas and so far some of the crappiest Bowl games I've ever seen.

 

You must have gotten a defective TV . I was wondering why some of the match -ups have been so lopsided and now I know its because of your TV .

 

Gotta love the weekend planners in PHX.....NOT!

My DM is working so I call. He tells me that I might as well speak to the planners in person because he's getting nowhere with them.

So I walk over to the planner's window only to be told that there are 45 trucks ahead of me and PHX is 157 loads short.

Sounds like Plus1 is at it again.

 

Tonawanda Service Plaza, KS. Awake this morning and a pplan sitting on a QC. DH to drop yard in Muscatine 70 miles and pick a t-called trailer and take to Farmington, MN. Nope. I look at it this way, when ever I am going home to Columbus and I have a load that delivers less than 300 miles from my home I have to deliver it and then hope for a load home or go home on my dime. Then 2 loads come up on MAC 30, both over 45K, going to Wal-Mart in WI. My DM tells me on Thursday that he will take care of me today since he is working, and nothing. Did not even both to call him. Would have just been told, working on it. His favorite answer.

 

I'm in IA at a little truck stop about 11 miles from my final.

I keep having to turn down pplans because I still don't have a delivery appointment, so I don't know what my PTA will actually be.
Family Dollar, and appointment only for live unloads.
They were closed on the weekend, so I'm guessing that I will be sent a time in the morning sometime.

 

I 80 truck stop. One of my most favorite. So favorite that when I come in I leave credit cards in the truck. Snagged a decent load off Mac 30. Not that happy with the empty miles, 176, but about 1k on the other end for Wednesday morning. A 3 stop petsmart west of Dallas. Then time to start working home to Ohio for next Monday

 

That must be the Iowa 80 TA? I know what you mean about leaving the money behind. There is a lot there.
I was a few miles short of there as I had to go up U.S. 61.

 

Yep. It sure is and if not careful can drop some serious change

 

So far getting sick last week has cost me A LOT!
Set my PTA for Jan 2 only to find out @ 8:00 am there were 45 trucks ahead of me and PHX was 157 loads short, so I gave up and went home @ noon. Today was no better, 159 loads short when I checked @ 9:00 am so I gave up early and went home @ 10. To make matters worse I have 2 appointments here in Phoenix next week so even if I get out of here tomorrow I have to be back by the 12th.
