Road spray would be a challenge as Cnsper mentioned but also I am not sure if you can make the cables that long. Maybe you can I don't know but that is a long run. They make wireless units as well but I am not sure how reliably they will work at that distance either especially with the obstructions in between them.

I run a camera on the back of my pneumatic. It's mounted high enough that the road spray doesn't bother it. I bought it from dieselboss.com. It is a lifesaver on some of the tight locations we run and it uses my Rand McNally GPS as the moniter.

My cameras transmit a "wireless" signal to the monitor but they require 110v AC power so you'd need to hack up an extension cord to the back of the trailer. Range is no problem

the wiring is the part I was trying to figure out. If you had the same trailer you might run it through the lighting wire the blue wire in there that is not used I think.
