Oh yeah, Fuego Pyrofuego was the one he used when the Denarian broad shot up his friend Michael on the hoist going up to the helicopter and he sliced her up from thirty feet away. And the various thaumaturgic incantations he uses for different versions of tracking spells. And we can't forget the ever useful Flickum Bickus he used to light the candles in the basement apartment he once had.

Just dropped in Porterstown (Walmart load). Scooted 5 miles east to a Shell with truck parking. Headed to Bakersfield in the morning to fuel at Flying J and pick up a load going to City of Industry Friday 0500.

Oh, the breakneck pace is killing me.

Just called and told Dispatch to remind planners I'm not paid by the hour--second 200 mile day in a row.

End of year inventory going on in a lot of places so freight is slow at most of our larger clients. Guess I should send a message telling her I don't mean to kvetch. Kind of like complaining about the weather--stinks sometimes but nothing to be done about it.

 

Told Dispatch I don't mean to kvetch. Initial response was to ask me what kvetch means. Then after I told her she told me there is no problem at all and that she is proud to work with a hard runner with my work ethic and professionalism and she is working with planners to get me some tall miles.

Gave me a warm fuzzy.

30 miles to receiver. Delivery 0500 then back to yard to await next load.
