yeah I know superflow. there ain't a sarcasm font on this forum. the thing is, we are our own worst enemy most of the time. there simply is a time and a place to say, or not say things and we often hurt ourselves by simply not shutting up. I hear it at the shippers, I hear it at the receivers, I hear it on the road. you do too and so does everyone else in this business. this guy who was attacked has, or maybe had, a great chance to go to the e.e.o.c. and file a hostile work environment lawsuit. enough of those sends a message to employers that we cannot and will not tolerate that sort of juvenile conduct. I have seen damage awards into 6 figures for employer misconduct, and anyone who is attacked and victimized by an employer deserves whatever damages they can get. letting the lawyers do the talking in court makes a lot more sense than blowing off on the internet. by the way, there are different types of ### whippings. there's the one where a guy gets beat up physically and the one where a jury takes a potential $200,000.00 damage award and throws it out the window. in looking back at this topic several posters have advised this guy to shut up and let the lawyers do the talking. last I looked, he has ignored some pretty good advise. sorta makes me think that there's just a whole lot more to the story than what's being told. i'm not a violent person and think that violence is always a last resort. that said, sometimes there simply isn't a way out. in this case i'm wondering what the driver may.... I said may..... have done here. based on what I've read, he doesn't have an ounce of common sense.
