If yours is quiet and roughly at the ambient volume of the truck, I'd say use it anyway.
darthanubis, Steel Dragon and 201 Thank this. -
Hi E-6, me too. I'm not a "straight stack" kind of guy ( it's cool for about 20 minutes) and many signs say, " unless an emergency". What the heck does that mean? " But officer, it was an emergency"

If I want to listen to engine music, I'll just roll the passenger side window down. But since my truck has an EGR, and I HATE the exhaust note of EGR trucks, that's enjoyable just long enough to see whether or not I have lame injectors.
201, Mudguppy and Freightshaker613 Thank this. -

I think one of my best laughs was a guy that let loose his Jake in front of a cop. I'm sure you know the rest of the story.Mudguppy and Steel Dragon Thank this.
