That's really what I want to drive I just have to wait until I get some experience under my belt first then that's what I'll do. Since I. Need CDL training & don't have my license most companies down here don't train for CDL & want a little experience. I couldn't afford to go to a private school for training either

^^This.^^
Then you can always go OSOW, RGN, Etc. as you get more experience. Plus, keeps you in better shape then just swinging doors on a van or reefer.
Just my $.02TampaTony Thanks this. -

Nope. They haul a liquid that is chemically engineered to be as explosive as possible. Ha

Oh, but it can happen, depending on what you're hauling. I was at the Coca-Cola facility in White Plains, NY a few years ago. Bumped the dock at 1 PM, left at 2 AM the next morning. Doesn't happen often in dry van, but you're not totally immune to it, either.LumbraX Thanks this.

I will say on average , reefer runs as a general rule are longer to level out some of the negatives. And a slow season for reefer isn't half as slow as Dry van.

Ok you win.... I was a exit over from a Flying J so got to shower and eat. Since there not in business anymore I can safely say they gave me cash for reefer fuel (-20) so i could run my logs when loaded. Crazy tho man!!!!!!!!!! Definitely not fun

Did the food trucks pull thru??? Or did you eat from a vending machine?
