Get out there and start applying to companies in your area.you're not going to have any luck on line and quit applying to the megas,they all run on the same policies.you need to talk to the employer in person if you ecspect to see any results.show them you really wanna work.

If you Google trucking companies that hire felons, several will pop up. You should be OK. Good luck.

 

Ya, you need to look at a local dumptruck job, run a belly dump, end dump etc etc...
Lot of those places wont check anything except MVR...
Find a heavy equipment operator job that requires a cdl...Ive done nicely running an excavator and hauling it with a lowboy for local contractors, for years...

Theres room out there for you...You do need to get out of the truck and fricken look tho, regarless if your toting an ozygen tank and a IV drip!!! LOL

I been everywhere doin everything and have never had a 'backing incident' (30 years)...So, part of me wants to convince you to never drive again, lol....and the other part wants to help you...I am, and was the underdog..and usually jump on the side of the underdog I guess...
When I passed the 10 year mark, I never had my felonies in the way...
The trick is to find a actuall MAN to hire you..not a HR dept with 3rd party vendors doing background checks and all that...

Id say, go to the sand and gravel pit and run a transfer...never have to back up them doubles!!!

Do you live near Jersey City? If so , there is a company named Fortune Metals and Plastics, or the Fortune Group ( same outfit). I worked for them in Georgia , give them a try. They haul scrap. Good luck!
