I've seen their trucks in Texas. They've got some sweet looking trucks!

 

I start on the 18th. Wish me luck. Anybody know the stipulations of putting things on their trucks and the rules of doing such? I was told that anything hard wired they'd like to do. But I'm curious about a steering wheel and minor things inside the cab... Anybody??

 

All add on's are done @ the office. No drilling holes etc

 

Well. At Monson. It's been just short of 6 months. I've Earned!!!! Wait for it!!! 19grand and some change. I've been almost everywhere. I work about 3 weeks at a time. I go home for about 3-4 days when I do go home. So. I'll sum it up like this. I used to pull tank. Around north Texas, Oklahoma area. I did almost double that amount. ( the amount I would earn if I stay a full year at Monson) And I was hours from the house. Anyway. If you love being on the road, and 40-50 grand annually is fine with you. Then jump on it. My last day will be the 6 or 8th of Oct. with all honesty. They are good people. 40-50 a year is fine for someone that is not supporting a family. I personally don't think its worth being gone from home. I'm a health nut. So if I can't take proper care of my body; lift, eat right. Then I better be growing rich!! It ain't happening with Monson. I can do 50 and go home everyday hauling gas. I just wanted to drive a nice truck again. Oh well.

 

But did you ever get to mount your own steering wheel?

 

If he wanted it, bought it & asked the guys to put it on, I'm sure they did.
