This is true. But you stood your ground it sounds like. If nothing other than principal, it sends a clear message. He probably pushed people around for years. Never ran into anyone,the likes of you. Make him think twice next time.

Was this one of the big companies? This is not easy to read for me knowing that companies run this way before i even get started.

 

From what I've been told he's still operating the same way.he did change his name and dot number because his safety was so bad and I guess dot told him to upgrade his equipment or face getting shut down.that's exactly why I sued him for the principle,money had nothing to do with it.
