Anybody ever fired their ICA?

I think I would be talking to your team leader about him and if that doesn't work go to the Op's manager. All my people know that I don't stop to read regular messages. I read messages when I stop. If it's that important then it better be flashing the red light.

 

That's why I so adamant about getting my old ICA back when I came back. We had a great relationship... And he knows exactly how I run and where I run to... I love it.. Oh and he rides crotchrockets so we really hit it off quick lol

 

man, I never hear from mine unless she is working on a problem for me. My Q-com is a bit pickey about messages it receives, but I've never, ever, had an ICA threaten or actually pull an assignment because he /she didn't think I could do it or didn't want it. There's one dude that gets after me about updating my times, but he's not ugly about it......just sounds a bit frustrated. So I do, and I'm getting better. But bottom line is, they work for you; not the other way around. If you've got an issue, and you're out of Charlotte, ask to speak to Rob. He'll get you fixed right up. He'll move you, trust me.
And one other thing.......it doesn't have to be "all that". Just tell Rob that you'd like to jump because you feel like there are some 'communication' issues, and he'll bounce you right out.......no big deal. Brevity is king with Rob...."just the facts ma'am".

 

Some boards are better than others. Mine is not the best, but never had those kind of issues that Roothog is having. Can't be dealing with that #### lol
