    I'm glad to hear that. I like to keep salad in my truck and fruits to avoid burgers/pizza as much as possible because this food will kill you. Try to do the same to keep your health running!

    Yeah that's a smart idea. My son's friend works for a small trucking company in California. They have like like ten trucks, but pay the driver after each trip they do two days out & one day in. Anyways, he's like a amateur bodybuilder, and takes his health food or whatever in a six pack bag thing, and he's in great shape. I was a old school driver. Across country driving and eating everything on the way.:p

    LOL. Trucking can easily get you to gain weight. I noticed it with myself, and it also started killing my energy. Not I have some weights to lift, and a restraining string. A bit of a salad, and plenty of water has helped me maintain normal weight. Too many guys lose their health out here.
