    if you have a truck stop near you go by there and get a card out of the box. many lawyers leave there card there and specialize in truck drivers helping them keep tickets off your record. i have seen these at the pilots.

    Cool, yea I live about 10 minutes away from all the Gary, IN Truckstops LOL...you know the T/A a lot of people won't stop at......:D

    Thanks for the heads up though, I know there is a Pilot further down...cant hurt to look!!!

    With out a doubt get a lawyer in my state a lawyer will get the ticket removed all together the fine will be reduced but you have to pay the lawyer for his/her time. And like someone else said your licence is your livelyhood you must protect it at all costs the best way is just prevent these issues remember we are professional drivers and it is of corse the insurance companies who dictate to the employers who they can hire. Good Luck

    Alright well thanks to the advice of everyone on here.....

    $200 per infraction to attorney
    About $100 or so to courts

    Will get 1 ticket removed completely
    and the other ticket in a 6 month deferrment, no Points on license, no history on my MVR.

    Wow...what a SCAM/Racket, but I sure am going to benefit from it LOL...
