Question regarding ged/hs diploma

Not really, its easy to tell an authentic diploma from something printed at home. And where do you get transcripts to back it up. I know for a fact that my employer got official copies of my transcrips from my school, I have seen them.

 

this is a false statement. an employer cannot get your transcripts without you requesting them.

 

No, it is not false, it was part of what I signed off on for the background check. Anyone can get them if you authorize them to

Your funny, when I worked in car dealers every one I applied to got my trade school transcripts. Its part of the process.

Most people dont read the fine print and have no.idea what they authorize an employer to check

 

you're funny as well. when I worked as a designer on nuke subs( not a joke) They could not get my transcripts without my requesting them. somehow I think the gov't contractors may have a bit more pull then a car dealership

point being a trucking co that merely asked if you had a GED cannot go finding your transcripts without you AUTHORIZING them to do so. by signing a formal request on their behalf

 

True, but like I said a lot of people dont read what they sign. And they can find out if you have a ged or not without authorization
