Yep be worth while to study and prep for hazmat. But once one has the endorsement, now is under more Fed scrutiny. But seems to be going that way anywho.
-
Are you awareof all the rules Schneider has and that you have to wear a uniform with them.
-
Uniform? Really? Since when? I never received that memo.
-
Not sure if it's the truth but I have a friend that went to there orientation and he said they require a short with the Schneider logo on it are you thinking about joining them
-
Um, no uniform required for van truckload drivers, especially at orientation, how in the world would you get a shirt with a logo on it to wear to orientation? Your friend is blowing smoke up your you know what, lol.
-
I work here. Not a requirement but many do. Certain length of service markers they give out stuff. Others buy from company store.
Bulk does have long sleeve requirements as a safety thing and so issue them.
Wear what you want but remember we are the face of this company with customers and general public.91B20H8 Thanks this. -

Agree with you any driver is the face of there company do you all get to take trucks home on hometime91B20H8 and Road Jouster Thank this. -
That depends. If you live within certain radius of a park location then no. Outside of that radius requires approval by dbl. The chosen location needs approved by green bay.
That radius can vary depending on region. 75 miles is a reasonable starting point. -
I myself would like to work for them that was the main reason why I haven't went with them cause the closest terminal to me is over 100 miles away I was told that I might be able to get it approved to park at the nearest walwart during home time any thoughts on this..
