If mine is idling I can't hear other trucks idling. 7 inch stacks and a small sleeper work wonders for drowning out other noises
FLCRACKER, TripleSix and Cottonmouth85 Thank this. -
Glad someone finally noticed!Swedish Chef, Straight Stacks, FLYMIKEXL and 1 other person Thank this.

the only thing I can think to add is that if you are worried about not sleeping well or are a light sleeper, DON'T team.
miss elvee, Slowpoke KW and finbyrd Thank this. -
Sometimes, I sleep horrible man. I wake up in the middle of the night when noisy cat engines park next to me. Noisy reefers. Old noisy Columbia's. Rattling Eagles. Those backup beepers...beeep beeep beeep beeep ...I swear..
bzinger and Klleetrucking Thank this. -
Funny that you mention that because I just spent four days and nights living out of my four wheeler and saw something funny. At the truck stop I spent the night was a plumber's cargo van and he spent the whole night sitting in the driver's seat smoking cigs. I don't think it was a stealth camper van because it had the plumbing company logos and ladders on the roof. He couldn't recline the driver's seat either because of the cargo partition. Poor guy must truly be homeless. At least I have a mattress in my van. -
Yeah sorry about that, my truck has them. I always feel like crap backing into a spot late a night.

I always sleep better at home but that's because I've got a california king waterbed that is just the best thing ever.

Lol. There's gotta be a way to mute it.ethos Thanks this.

Mine is way back under the frame. If I disabled it the shop would just fix it, you can only get away with that so often you know.
