    Does anybody have computer in the vehicle and find loads by oneself?

    I find 1dispatch much better place to find loads than central dispatch. what are you experiences, I see best time to look for loads are between 8AM and 10 AM. Also Wednesdays are usually when best loads come out

    I am not but company I work for gave me access to websites to find loads myself. I don't work for car carrier. I work for car dealership and I am not always busy with their cars so not to stay on part time I have access to websites and find loads.

    I have a transportation company here in Houston. My dispatching department
    I have a Transportation company here in Houston. My Dispatching department finds loads for OO. No car carriers.

    Anyway, 1dispatch is Manheim owned Ready Auto Transport.

    I am not sure why you think that. They only post their own cars which they also post to Central. Central has a huge volume of cars compared to 1dispatch.

    I agree that Central has more loads than 1Dispatch. Personally I think that self-dispatch very often is all about luck. You can not afford long-time searching when you are on the road. Unfortunatelly good loads won't wait for you as well out there. So the only thing to do is keep searching and hope Lady Luck is on your side.
