I Would like to know the average weekly pay. I know it differs, I am starting over in life, so I need an avg amount. I want to make sure I choose a company that pays decent. I have to pay alimony so i need to know.

Should be pretty easy to make 1k to 1200 a week. Just don't go home alot and take the multistop furniture loads as much as you can and should do better than that. Good place to get a year in and find something better.

Agree with the above on pay. And agree run the stop loads all you can. As far as going home, I'm home every weekend and sometimes through the week. But that depends on the terminal you are out of. This week for example, I got in last Friday around 8pm (which is late for most weeks) I didn't leave out until Monday at 5 am. Ran a 11 stop load, got my back haul and got back in at 11am this morning, I'm home tonight, will leave in the morning at 5 am got a 14 stop load I will prob be out till Friday night again. Most week though I am out from Monday - Friday.
I do however think most of Watkins drivers are out 2 weeks at a time. But out of the Myrtle, MS terminal you will be home every weekend if you are short line.
I don't worry about miles with Watkins since I run all stop loads, I worry about getting the stops off quickly and getting back for another. Most weeks i only run 1800-2200 miles but I'll have 20-25 stops total on the week. That's where the money is made. And hardly ever have to worry about my 70 clock running out. Most weeks I still have 20-30 hours left on my 70 when I get in
    Hope this helps
