Because the cs is getting worse not better.
And when cs tells you the customer your at is wrong even though your face to face with them and cs is only communicating thru email or phone..... that's a problem.

No not an Amazon load.
It was a JD supplier load.
CS is getting worse. Look at the load board.
Load going 246 miles listed at 50 dollars was on the board over 24 hours I call and ask and was told it was an error by cs and it would be corrected.
As of last night it was still incorrect.
Load I referred to that was pulled off me was put back on the board just unconfirmed.
I go to a shipper that is ONLY live load has been for years and it's always listed as a preloaded I've mentioned this to sni and I am always told no its a preload yet when I call ICA and tell him my preload is now a live load I get the response it's because they're short empties even though the SHIPPER says they do not preload any carrier.
That's why I know there is no consequences to CS.mickimause Thanks this. -
Is it a possibility that none of this mess is getting all the way to the top to Lofgren's office?
-
It's possible but I am on load board and there are loads posted for .73 total revenue for 26 miles. That correct 73 cents for 26 miles. Now I know that's wrong but how in the world do they even let some mistake like that happen for over 20 loads.
Instead of trying to catch a driver posting on TTR why not have those who read the forums watch the load board and catch the mistakes on it.CaptainDaveG Thanks this. -
They can tell everything our trucks do but can't catch CS mistakes!#!!
But then again the drivers are replaceable.Little Eddy and 91B20H8 Thank this. -
Not for the night I hope but my current location is the right lane of I-75 nb right beside the entrance ramp at mm 38 . Stopped and truck off( hi mr safety guy)
Hearing spun out trucks about 12 miles ahead at least. 14 is at 2 hrs and counting. Expecting over 14 driving to get to safe legal location if any spot is or will be available.
WAS looking at about 460(currently at 361) on the day in the midst of this storm. Any rate truck stayed upright , trailer stayed behind me and I delivered on time this afternoon. So it was still a good day.mickimause and jakecat22 Thank this. -
@mickeyrat fleet message went out approx 1630 i75 in KY shut down near mm54
