What foods do you suggest I take on the trainer truck? I know I won't be able to cook and I don't want to eat at truck stops all the time.

Don't take any food with you.ask your trainer if he minds stopping at Wal-Mart.

Don't be that guy. Eat what you can during your training. Then when you get your own truck, you can cook and do whatever.

White castles, hard boild eggs, I think u can get sour croute in jars, pickled pigs feet. Mosly stuff that doesn't requite refrigeration as u can't really expect to have it.
soy or almond milk are a great choice too.

I used to pound down the peanut butter sammiches back in the day. Bread and peanut butter were easy to store on the truck...though the thought now makes me gag.

Does the trainer mind if you use his microwave if he has one?
You can stock up pretty well at walmart and eat for about 7 bucks a day.
