1000 mile CARB exemption

    Anyone know if you can use the 1000 mile limited mileage exemption if you are leased to a large carrier? I can't find anything that specifies if the exemption is to the owner of the truck or if it would be to the carrier?

    I applied for it online and printed the certificate. Seemed pretty easy and that's what made me think there must be a catch.
