3406E won't fire up.

U need a crank or timing sincer

you didnt get the ether in the motor if it didnt try to start

 

Ok, start with the easy stuff. Is it freezing where your at? If so fuel may be gelled in the filters not the tanks. Change filters. If that don't fix it. Then see if there is fuel pressure. After cranking it Crack the return fuel line at that valve block you pictured. If the pressure seams weak, it may be the check valve. It is in the bottom of that valve block. Takes a 1 in wrench to remove it. Keep in mind you have to have a minimum amount of fuel pressure for the injectors to fire. If it is below that minimum they wont. Also check and see if you have power to the ecm. You won't show codes for that.

 

I have had those check valves bad right out of the box. Did you lube the o - ring that go on it before you installed it?

 

If it has to have a minimum amount of fuel pressure for the injectors to fire but won't set a code if the pressure is to low then what tells the ECM Not to let them fire iv never heard this

 

Sound like ecm not powering up if u r getting no smoke at all

 

Does engine warn light come on when u turn key on then go out that usually means ecm is getting power
