I do but, I thought I'd wait till all my tinkering failed before I called him. Don't want to waste his time in case it was something simple.

If it's got air trapped in the fuel rail and u don't have a primer pump u can pull ur hair out or start it with the either keep it running with the either till all the airs out
Or put a battery charger on it and crank on it till u burn the starter up trying to get it out
    Good luck

Check power to the ecm along with the ground.
4 is constant power, 5 is battery ground and 6 is keyed power. Check these three wires and that will alleviate that concern one way or the other. Next crack the return line where it meets the filter head and crank the engine, if not fuel comes out while cranking you have fuel issues, if fuel comes out then it's electrical. It's really that simple and will tell you what the problem is.

Josh, thanks for the tip on that fitting on the elbow. I'm picking up a primer tomorrow and I'll see what that does.

Cory, the 4, 5 and 6 are they the pins in the big connectors on the ecm?

Yes they are the pins on the ecm. The cam does not fire the injector, the solenoids do. The solenoids allow the fuel into the injector where the cam forces it into the cylinder. The engine starts and stops from the ecm telling the injectors to fire or stop.

No that's not what I'm saying , the injector won't have enough pressure for lack of fuel to Pop off.

    wore out Thanks this.
