Flatbed pay cpm after phase 2

On the national fleet it's 35 cpm when you go solo.

 

Scumbag companies, that's who.

 

35 for flat bed is a bit low.
Were i work they start at 41, after 6 months goes up to 43, and after a year goes up to 48. That is the base pay, but there are more if you pull hazmat or oversize, and also if you go to Canada.

 

They may have raised it since I started here almost a year ago, but I'm still only at 39 cpm right now. Looking to make a change, myself.

 

I believe if they have raised it you would know about it. Anyway you can always ask them, I think doing flat bed you can do much better then 39 c.p.m.
Maybe it is time for a change.

 

I'm hopefully on track to get out of flatbed. It really makes no sense for most freight and tarping freight that is immediately placed outside in the elements drives me mad. No one pays enough to tarp loads IMO. Company makes 500 and pays you 10-40 for the work.
