Bad DAC report....who will hire you ?

Hello got a question for class a cdl drivers I wasn't driving and I was not operating a piece.of equipment we had a bar b qué at the man camp and a couple of beers we was not on company time and then we went to the bar the next.morning we we went to location I was not driving or operating a piece of equipment got singled out and was told to go in and take a alcohol test so in went in took the test blew a .08 and they fired me and the other 3 that was with me didn't even have to go in and take the test they still have there jobs aND I still have my class a cdl amd I just put haz mate back on there I have no accidents amd no tickets and all the endorsements dmv said my record is clean but on my daq report they put I failed a alcohol test and in wasn't on company time crete.carrier varied my employme and said ya your mvr and criminal background is good nothing on there but they couldn't hire me cause what cudd energy frac company put on my daq report I got singled amd when crete called cudd they actually told cudd why I wasn't rehirabe talked to someone they said they can't actually tell them why I'm not rehirable all they can say is I worked there from this date to this date and I'm not rehirabke at this time they are not allowed by law to tell them the reason the person said it's kinda like the hippa law any info woukd be helpful need to work to support family

My question is why you were on the job site if you were not working. I do not believe it really matters, though. Technically, you showed up to the job site legally intoxicated. Not sure how much recourse you will have.

I went under a bridge in Chicago Illinois and ripped the trailer roof off about 10 feet and ripped up the rest of the trailer roof on a JB Hunt company truck and Swift hired me after I was Fired from JB Hunt. It was like the slow lane was 13'4 and the fast lane was 13'6

I have an actual DOT accident a year ago and I also have some exaggerated crap on my DAC from 2012.

It'd be nice to get rid of the exaggerated crap.

I disputed it recently but it'd be nice to know other options.

 

Gonna bump this...I have a bad DAC report and am pretty sure I am DQ'd from trucking. I can get into details if anyone wants, but my trainer at the last company I worked for told me that I'll be blackballed for the next 2 years.

I still have a perfect MVR and decent PSP, only a couple of inspection points.

I'm going to go get my Passenger endorsement soon and am looking at Class B jobs. It seems promising so far, but I'm very nervous about the DAC. Do companies outside of trucking - bus lines, dump trucks, cement mixers, etc. - look at DAC?

 

I used to work for a mail carrier company, fulltime, after nearly seven years I went to casual status because my father was very sick and I needed to help my care for my ailing father. I quit under good terms, no wrecks, no log violations, no tickets but recently applied with a large company, they said everything looked good with the exception of my last employer that I am referencing put on my DAC that I was discharged and nothing else noted for same. That was not the case, the big company hasn't said to bad but it pisses me off. The company has since been sold and has new owners and staff at my old terminal are all new employees. Just want to get problem corrected. Contacted Hireright, waiting on my copy....Any suggestions? Any good companies that will hire me with b.s. on there? Thanks
