The front signs on my trucks were hinged at the bottom of the sign & folded under when not in use. Rear sign had a post that dropped into a 1" x 3" reciever. Very quick. Magnets for the flags. Cali dosnt require flags on the front bumper.

Thats hard core. You have your bumper in your living room.

Keeps someone from stealing it off the truck. You should see what the tub looks like when he puts the transmission in there.:p

For the record, that was a brand new bumper I hadn't installed yet.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

They're probably not legal everywhere, and not the most aerodynamic, but I sure enjoy having an air operated sign mounted on the headache rack.

I have one like that on my truck too. The Utah port was sure to point out that it could be mounted no more than 5 feet off the ground.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

Thanks cnspr, I'll keep that in mind. Wyoming tried to pass a similar law last year. Evidently one of the larger HH companies residing in the state had just purchased a number of new trucks equipped with the over cab signs, and protested vehemently. The state reversed their decision in a matter of weeks.
