I know around DFW, They are always short drivers. My account calls landcaster all the time for OTR back up.

But until march there is no extra need.

There also seems to something going down in the company.

I was at the terminal for training and overhead a DM group talking about drivers dropping like flies, due to the record low freight.

The very next week the top three managers over lancaster terminal were fired.

 

Yes, florida suck when it comes to trucking.

 

If they fire enough of Lancaster management it will be an improvement .

They should also look at the systemic disrespect for drivers as a reason for drivers all over the country leaving .

 

Believe me, they were not fired for how they treat the drivers or for the low freight. They were definitely bad apples and there could be more let go, excuse me, should be more let go!
